Mandatory Documents
- Copy of Online Registration form
- Recent Passport size photo of the Child (To be pasted in the application form)
- Xerox copy of Child’s birth certificate
- Xerox copy of Residential proof (Ration card/Electricity Bill/Gas Bill/ Rental Agreement)
- Xerox copy of Community certificate (Father’s/Mother’s community certificate).
- Xerox copy of Child Aadhar Card (if available)
- If Not Aadhar to be Produce before Admission
